The key standard I apply to all my manufacturers' products is my "Classic Quality" test.  Before I agree to represent a product I must be certain that the strength of the company, the quality of their products and their dedication to customer care meet the highest professional standards.  The reason is simple.  Each time I recommend a product, my reputation is on the line.  Call it enlightened self-interest.  I simply need to be certain, when I suggest a product for your customers, that their complete satisfaction is a given.
