Since 1963, when I joined the fledgling Arnold Palmer Golf Company as a rookie salesman, I´ve always worked to place myself in the position of my customer… the golf professional or golf buyer. It´s very important to me that I never sell a product unless it´s the "right fit". I view my customers as partners, and know that by working with you to find that ideal fit I will continue to build strong partnerships.
I sincerely believe in the product lines I represent, but I recognize that there are many excellent products in the marketplace. I will always present the benefits of my lines and discuss with you the support that I´m able to give you on each. I will never make promises I can´t keep, and if situations over which I have no control come up, I will let you know immediately so that you have the opportunity to adjust if need be.
